Building of a Photo Set

Sometimes you have to follow your eye, you see that perfect piece that would look great with or in the setting of your Photo Set, following that intuition is a good part of what makes it Art, and makes it your Art.

That piece was this Old Model T Bed. She was almost completely rotted away, only this side, one or two bed boards, and half a tail gate, but she would add a nice rustic touch to my Photo Set. Makes one wonder why these few pieces of wood survived, as if they held on just waiting for me to see them. I would have preferred to use this Bed just as she is, pristine, but the wrong side survived and she is just too far gone to use as a Photo Prop.

Needless to say I didn't call the Model A done at straitening the fender, in fact havent even gotten to the fender all, just dove into this Bed. The Model A partially under the Lean To I found some old Barn Wood as I needed something to keep with the aged look yet regain her strength. Using the disintegrating Model T Bed as a pattern I begin rebuilding the Bed using some well aged Hard Wood.

The bed finally completed, add some vintage junk, and I now have one angle that is Post Card Perfect. I will have to take care of the lean to roof though, the white of the old tin is going to present a problem f it get's in the picture.
